Fore! offers practical security management solution to small and medium-sized businesses

TKH Security Solutions recently announced that Fore!, its new modular security management solution, has been nominated by a jury of industry representatives for the 2013 Safety and Security Management Award from GIT Security. The jury included members of BHE, TUEV, VDMA, and ZVEI as well as select trial users.

Fore! offers small and medium-sized businesses a practical security management solution to integrate and centralise access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and intercom communications systems. Built on industry standards, including ONVIF, SIP, and Wiegand, Fore! simplifies third-party integration and enables users to upgrade their systems while taking advantage of existing installations. Fore! also streamlines configuration by automatically discovering devices installed on the network, such as card readers and cameras. Through a dashboard-style user interface, Fore! brings all the functionalities and components together on a common, Web-based platform that operators can access from anywhere in the world via a PC, smart phone, or tablet-PC.

“We are extremely proud that Fore! has been put forward for this award,” said Hans Stegeman, Director of Business Development at TKH Security Solutions. “Users don’t want to have to learn how to use their management system; they just want to maintain safety and security as effectively as possible. Fore! lets users incorporate just the tools they need to efficiently consolidate their systems and operate them anywhere, including from an iPad. It is a truly unique solution that puts the needs of our customers first.”

GIT Security is a well-respected security industry publication based in Germany. Every year, GIT Security presents an award to new security products in five categories: Safe Automation; Fire and Explosion Protection, Industrial Safety; CCTV; Access Control, Intruder Alarm, and Perimeter Protection; and Safety and Security Management. Starting on September 14th, over 75,000 readers of GIT Security publications will vote for the winners.

Fore! will be commercially released on September 25, 2012. For more information, please visit www.foresecurity.com.
