IP revolution roadshow at IFSEC
IndigoVision's IP Revolution Roadshows have proved to be very popular with end-users, consultants and integrators
IndigoVision, a leading manufacturer of complete IP security solutions, will be running an IP Revolution Roadshow during the IFSEC week. The Roadshows, which have proved to be very popular with end-users, consultants and integrators, were launched in 2008 and have been staged at a number of shows and venues around the world.

The IP Revolution Roadshow consists of a ½ day conference with a number of seminars designed to educate and inform the participants of the benefits that a true IP video security solution can deliver. This will include a presentation on High Definition (HD) video technology, with live demonstrations of the latest HD IP cameras. IndigoVision's senior management team will be available for informal discussions after the seminars. Further information and registration details are available by visiting www.indigovision.com/IFSEC.

IndigoVision will also be demonstrating a number of new products on stand D60 in Hall 4 throughout the show, including the HD 10000 series of IP cameras and a revolutionary H.264-based PTZ IP-dome from its successful 9000 range of standard 4SIF cameras.

Using outstanding H.264 compression technology, an HD 10000 series IP camera will allow high-definition video to be streamed at 15 fps and recorded for 50 days using just 1TB of storage. Updated versions of the HD 10000 range, which allow video streaming at a full 30 fps, will be released shortly. This exceptional compression enables IndigoVision's HD solution to be used on standard networks and storage, bringing the benefits of high-definition video to everyday CCTV surveillance applications. The unique hardware-based compression engine of the HD 10000 series guarantees frames are never dropped.

The 9000 H.264 PTZ IP dome overcomes the high data rates or loss of video quality associated with traditional IP domes when a camera is moving. IndigoVision's innovative design reduces high-bandwidth bursts during pan and tilt movement, through the use of a unique algorithm that automatically adapts the compression to suit the type of movement. The result is improved video compression without losing picture quality during high-motion periods. This unique approach, coupled with the company's renowned video quality delivers one of the best performing IP PTZ cameras on the market.
