Monsini plans to streamline existing processes and improve production workflow

AES Corporation, the security industry's leading developer of wireless mesh radio technology, announced the promotion of Nazare Monsini to the position of Director of Manufacturing. In her new role on the management team, Monsini is responsible for overseeing all manufacturing operations and directing production processes to ensure deliverables meet quality standards, are tested and shipped on-schedule, following fire and life safety industry compliance guidelines.

Naz joined the company in 2009 as Supply Chain Planner/Senior Buyer in the Purchasing department, then in 2011 moved up to the position of Production Manager in charge of running all aspects of the manufacturing floor.

With over fifteen years of professional experience in various positions with consumer electronic and semiconductor companies, Monsini's areas of expertise include forecasting, inventory, logistics, materials management, operations management, production, purchasing, and supply chain.

Monsini plans to streamline existing processes and improve production workflow. "I believe that Manufacturing is the heart and soul of an organisation.
