This AirLive ST-SD20 Smart Tracking software utility will automatically detect a moving person or vehicle and follow it within the camera’s area of coverage. The tracking continues until the moving object stops or disappears from the monitored area. Therefore this function reduces the cost of the IP camera solution because there are needed less cameras for the surveillance system.
In the Intelligent AirLive ST-SD20 utility is possible to define not only a tracking area and tracking movement on the camera, as well as the PTZ pointer, but also the timing for example after working hours, weekends…
Therefore the Smart Tracking function is used very often at times and in areas with little or no activity; for example, at schools, offices, factories after working hours, or at retail stores, shopping malls, hotel corridors and parking lots during night time.
