Hytera’s PD70X/PD78X DMR radios and DMR Trunking Pro Systems were used during the World Cup

The 6th Rugby World Cup Sevens 2013 was held at Luzhniki Stadium, Moscow between 28-30 June. 40 teams all over the world including China participated in the competition and Hytera provided its DMR solutions for the radio communications.

Over 140 DMR radios PD70X/PD78X and 2 DMR Trunking Pro Systems DS-6210 were applied to make sure that the game, the order of the stadium and overall security were under control owing to the reliable communications. Engineers from Hytera stayed on-site to test the connection of portable radios and signal over the stadium.

In recent years, Russia has been awarded as the host city for many games. Right after Rugby World Cup Sevens 2013, The World Championships in Athletics 2013 was also held at Luzhniki Stadium in August which was also supported by Hytera's DMR Solution.
