Idesco’s 9 CM 2.0 GPRS is not merely a robust Mifare write-capable reader. With its GPRS connection, the customers can securely deploy it in any powered location that can detect a mobile phone signal. The reader’s economical GPRS connection will quickly forward ID transaction data onto the customer’s office for processing (or wherever you prefer), regardless of the distance. That means cost-effective, convenient identification applications are now possible in truly remote locations where traditional cabling is not an option. You can even change some of the reader’s settings by SMS, conveniently, with no physical contact with the reader.
