During the conference Jeremy Morton, Director of Sales - CNL Americas, will be sharing some of the key PSIM considerations involved when implementing the citywide surveillance program in the City of Atlanta, which protects 5.2 Million people and over 35 Million visitors per year within the Metro area.

“Our Cities have multiple agencies including law enforcement, government, emergency services, utilities, transportation, education and homeland security, each with their own security control centres, technology, equipment and resources”, explains Jeremy Morton, Director of Sales - CNL Americas. “At the Secured Cities conference we will demonstrate how PSIM is enabling our Cities to realise the full potential of their security investment by creating unified command centers and implement joint response plans to protect their citizens, visitors, commerce and infrastructure”.

In the US, IPSecurityCenter is also at the heart of a citywide CCTV integration program in Washington, D.C. which is home to over 5.4 Million citizens and all three branches of the U.S. government as well as embassies from almost every nation in the world. Surveillance is carried out in a command and control center where all of the security requirements of multiple agencies within the Greater Washington area are received, managed and processed.

CNL Software’s IPSecurityCenter has also been chosen by major transport organisations around the world. From a US city bus and rail transportation organisation serving a population of 3.4 million and a US city port authority serving 10,000’s military, civilians and tourists every day to a UK transport law enforcement organisation providing security for over 1 Billion passenger journeys each year and who will feature heavily in protecting citizens and visitors to the 2012 Olympic Games.
