Condortech will offer integrated PSIM solutions based on the IPSecurityCenter PSIM platform

CNL Software, a world leader in Physical Security Information Management (PSIM) software, is pleased to announce that it has partnered with Condortech Services, Inc., a market leader in the design and implementation of integrated security systems across the US and LATAM.

Condortech Services, Inc. (CTS) has over 30 years of experience in designing and building integrated security systems for a wide variety of security programs and initiatives including protecting over $2.6 Billion in assets in the Washington, D.C. area alone. The partnership with CNL Software will enable Condortech to offer its customers integrated PSIM solutions based on the IPSecurityCenterTM PSIM platform, under the CNL Software Channel Alliance Program (CAP). The two companies will work together to promote PSIM projects in the US and with a particular focus in Latin America.

“We are deeply committed to sharing our experience in the Electronic Security Industry with our customers. We take the time to understand the organization’s requirements and design solutions using the most innovative, proven technologies to enhance the application of existing security systems and mitigate potential threats”, says Jorge Lozano, Founder and CEO of CTS Inc. “Our alliances with other experienced integrators and partnerships with world class technology developers like CNL Software, give us the confidence to offer guaranteed customer satisfaction. It is why our customers have stayed with us for so many years."

“PSIM is in the very early stages of adoption throughout LATAM and requires a significant education process prior to acceptance. Initial efforts in LATAM by some software manufacturers have unfortunately resulted in unsuccessful projects, which taint the PSIM landscape”, explains Ramon Grado (CPP), Director of Sales at CNL Software – Americas. “End users should look to long-established firms for guidance on the application of integration technology and to avoid “buyer’s remorse” as a result of trying to cut costs or not considering all available options.”

“As with other emerging markets, capital investments in the LATAM region require more time to secure than in other regions and always begin with the development of a personal, face-to-face relationship. We are pleased to have a partnership with Condortech as they have a great reputation and significant relationships within this market”, continues Grado. “We are already working with Condortech on joint projects and look forward to working with them to push the advantages of intelligent, software driven security operations.”

CNL Software will be speaking about ‘Safe Cities/Command and Control’ at the 1st Annual International Collaborative Security Conference hosted by Condortech, Embassy of Colombia and the Alexandria Police Department on July 19, 2013
