IPSecurityCente allows Digital Sentry to integrate with other security systems to offer complete security management

CNL Software, a world leader in Physical Security Information Management (PSIM) software, announces its integration with Digital Sentry, the flexible IP Video Management System for mainstream security applications system from Pelco, Inc. by Schneider Electric, a world leader in the design, development and manufacture of IP-based video security systems, software and services.

CNL Software will be hosted in the Pelco booth as part of Pelco’s focus on open interoperability through its Partner First Program. CNL Software was invited to demonstrate its PSIM platform, IPSecurityCenter, used in conjunction with the Digital Sentry product. The two companies are currently collaborating on projects including a Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) solution for a major refinery and a corporate solution for one of the largest international blue chip PSIM projects in the world.

“CNL Software has been part of the Pelco ‘Partner First Program’ for several years and has been actively working with us to enable users to build integrated best-of-breed security solutions”, explains Jeremy Hoyos, Integration Business Development Manager at Pelco. “We are working in a number of joint projects today where Digital Sentry is being used in conjunction with IPSecurityCenter for multi-site surveillance applications, requiring alarm monitoring and rapid access to recorded video from multiple servers, along with integration with a wide range of complementary technologies.”

“The use of IPSecurityCenter PSIM allows Digital Sentry to integrate with other security systems to offer complete security management, situation awareness and emergency response solutions”, says Adlan Hussain, Global Head of Marketing at CNL Software. “IPSecurityCenter also allows further future integration possibilities with other business systems including BMS, HR and Logistics and as such we look forward to a continuing partnership with Pelco.”
