VidSys, a leading provider of Physical Security Information Management (PSIM) software, recenty announced details of its participation at Intersec 2013, taking place January 15-17, 2013 in Dubai.

What:  At the upcoming event, senior security and safety industry decision makers from across the Middle East will have the opportunity to experience a hands-on VidSys PSIM software demonstration in either the ARINC or Sony booth. Participants will learn how PSIM integrates data from disparate security systems and devices as well as operational data to identify, analyse, verify and resolve situations faster and more efficiently. In turn they will also learn how PSIM’s superior functionality can be applied to their own unique and evolving business and security needs.

VidSys representatives will share real-world examples of how PSIM software has been used internationally to monitor for, respond to and manage potential security challenges ranging from protecting the U.S. President and international Olympic athletes, to securing major cities and critical national infrastructure such as oil, gas and mining hubs, in addition to ports and airports around the world. Additionally, VidSys executives will discuss how PSIM helps maximise operational systems that organisations and agencies must rely on (e.g. building management systems, life and safety systems and other IT systems).
