HID, the premier manufacturer of contactless access control cards and readers for the security industry, today announced that Frankie Man has been promoted to sales director for the Asia Pacific region, reporting to Lester Doig, managing director of HID Asia Pacific Limited.  In his new position, Mr. Man will be responsible for expanding HID's market share and increasing the company's sales network in Asia Pacific.  By working with HID customers at all levels, Mr. Man and his team will provide customers with services that help grow the business and better meet the needs of end-users.

"Mr. Man has the business, technology and sales insight, and experience to fill this key role at HID in addition to ensuring our ability to meet the rapidly growing market demand for security solutions," said Lester Doig.  "His leadership and successful achievement in his previous role position him as an ideal sales director to oversee both our existing customers and development partners."

Mr. Man was previously HID's regional sales manager of the ASEAN region.  Prior to HID, he held various positions at Chubb, Hong Kong Limited and Agilis Communication Technologies Pte Ltd.  Earning his bachelor's degree in engineering from the University of Queensland, Australia, he also holds internal auditor qualifications for ISO9000 certifications.
