Expansion and development are keys to company's future growth

HID Global, a leading manufacturer in the access control industry, today announced that David Sullivan has been named president of Fargo Electronics, reporting to Denis Hébert, president and CEO of HID Global.  In this position, Mr. Sullivan will be responsible for setting the strategy and development of business objectives for Fargo Electronics, a global leader in the development of secure technologies for identity card issuance systems.

"Beginning with Fargo Electronics' foundation of exceptional people and products, I look forward to expanding and developing our capabilities for future growth," said David Sullivan, president, Fargo Electronics.  "I am enthusiastic about building on our successful track record, and using my international experience to intensify our global presence."

With a 20-year record of professional achievement, David Sullivan's career has been characterized by strategic vision and focus.  His experience includes 13 years with HID Global in a number of senior executive roles including his most recent role as managing director of the EMEA region.  Under Mr. Sullivan's leadership for the last two years, the EMEA division achieved substantial growth.

"Dave has a long history of success with HID and in the industry," said Denis Hébert. "Like Fargo, our EMEA division was a well-established enterprise.  Dave strategically positioned the business and accelerated the growth beyond its previous success."
