WD will have Martin Jefferson, Director and Richard Reid, Sr. Product Marketing Manager – Digital Video Business Unit on the stand to discuss the technology
Demonstrating why WD Purple is the right choice for surveillance, WD will be running operational demonstrations

WD will be exhibiting at IFSEC International 2014 June 17th to 19th – Stand F650 at the ExCel Exhibition Centre in London’s Docklands.

With the quality and reliability of CCTV storage being to the forefront in 2014, WD will be showcasing WD Purple Hard Drives specifically designed for the Surveillance Market.

Demonstrating why WD Purple is the right choice for surveillance, WD will be running operational demonstrations of three different, application specific, hard drives. Fitted with transparent covers, viewers can see how the hard drive mechanisms actually operate under different load conditions.

With the ongoing success of WD Purple, WD will be presenting Appreciation Plaques to their partners at the show, in recognition of their support in making WD Purple the drive of choice for the Surveillance Market.

Bringing some fun and excitement to the show, WD will be holding a spot the “WD Purple Competition”! WD Purple flyers will be handed out to visitors inviting them to hunt for WD Purple stickers on WD Partner stands. Find a sticker, take a picture and tweet it to @WD_UK with the hashtag #WDPurpleIFSEC, or write the stand number on the flyer. Either way, take the ‘evidence’ to the WD stand, collect a WD goody and be entered into the competition to win a WD My Passport Ultra (one per day).

WD will have members of staff on the stand to discuss the technology and, in particular, Martin Jefferson, Director - Digital Video Business Unit and Richard Reid Senior Product Marketing Manager – Digital Video Business Unit both of whom will be on hand to answer questions about WD’s surveillance product line.
