TDSi and Corps Security agreed the partnership following an introduction through a mutual customer
The collaboration of TDSi and Corps will provide integrated security solutions for customers
TDSi, a global leader in access control systems for all sizes of businesses and organisations announces its partnership with specialist security services provider, Corps Security. The collaboration will provide integrated solutions for customers and increase sales leads for both businesses.

TDSi and Corps Security agreed the partnership following an introduction through a mutual customer. Based in London and with its state of the art ARC in Glasgow, Corps Security provides comprehensive alarm monitoring and security services, and its Glasgow ARC is one of the most modern and truly independent third-party alarm receiving centres (ARC) in the UK. Corps Security provides an uninterrupted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year service, offering intruder alarm, lone worker and CCTV based monitoring services for companies of all sizes in a variety of sectors.

Corps Security also offers its customers a consultancy service delivered via renowned security experts that can perform a wide range of bespoke services such as risk and threat assessments. This ensures that a customer always receives a tailored security solution that perfectly suits their needs. The service Corps Security provides complements TDSi’s access control solutions perfectly as its expert access security and manufacturing knowledge enables both TDSi’s products and Corps Security to provide customers with exemplary security support.

Managing Director of TDSi, John Davies comments, “This is a great partnership as it offers our customers even further added value. Not only will their access security be fully integrated, but it will be supported via a leading Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC). Fully integrated business security is becoming a key factor and to be able to add value to our service means TDSi can stand out amongst its competitors as a provider of a truly integrated service.”

The partnership between TDSi and Corps Security works by ensuring real time monitoring of Access Events at Corps ARC, from TDSi’s Access Management software situated at the end user’s premises. The benefit of this is that the ARC has detailed information of any alarm situation captured via EXgarde PRO. Further work is being carried out to integrate the two systems to allow remote management of the access systems from the ARC. This enhanced integration will further improve the response time to a triggered alarm and provide the highest levels of reliability.
