Pira International are pleased to announce that Andreas Reisen, the Head of "Passports and Identity Documents, Identification Systems" Division in the Federal Ministry of the Interior, Germany, will be speaking at Security Printing and Alternative Solutions in Central & Eastern Europe and Russia 2011, taking place 25-27 January 2011, in Zagreb, Croatia.

Mr Reisen's presentation, entitled "Case Study: The German citizen card; setting new standards in document security", will cover every aspect of the new German electronic ID card project. Within the agenda session on "Developments in Identity Documents", alongside Malcolm Cuthbertson, Consultant at De La Rue and Giorgi Vashadze, Chairman of the Civil Registry Agency, Georgian Ministry of Justice, this will certainly be a highlight of the programme.
