Platinum certification in the Dealer Service Certification Program involves all seven of ADT’s Centers of Excellence based in North America
ADT Commercial Security has achieved Platinum certification in the Dealer Service Certification Program from Honeywell

Honeywell announced that ADT Commercial Security has achieved Platinum certification in the Dealer Service Certification Program for Honeywell's security enterprise-level products, which includes the Pro-Watch® Security Management platform.

Platinum certification acknowledges an integrator's dedication to investing in training and certification of Honeywell products and services for its sales staff, engineers and technicians. It is a distinction reserved for security integrators that demonstrate the highest level of expertise and commitment in Honeywell's enterprise level systems and products.

This certification involves all seven of ADT's Centers of Excellence based in North America. The Centres of Excellence support approximately 220 sales and service offices and cater to thousands of commercial and government customers.

"Having security system integrators who understand our technology inside and out is beneficial for Honeywell, but it also greatly helps integrators who are constantly striving to create innovative and effective solutions for unique security challenges," said Ron Rothman, president of Honeywell Security Group. "Additionally, this program helps us enhance our technology through long-term partnerships with top integrators and we know ADT has great insights to share."

To be Platinum certified, ADT met Honeywell's qualifying criteria for service performance on Honeywell's enterprise level products within the areas of project management, product training, technical expertise, CAD capabilities, test facilities, support software agreements, Microsoft certifications and customer satisfaction.

"This top-level distinction is a major win for ADT and our customers," said John Kenning, president of ADT Commercial. "The Platinum certification demonstrates the technical proficiency and superior solutions that our technicians deliver to help make our customers the best they can be."
