Gallagher, the internationally established experts in security systems technology, has released the latest version of its premium integrated security solution, the Gallagher Command Centre 7.05. A highly resilient and flexible solution, this newly upgraded security software uses smart phone enabled technology to protect against potential attack and enables users to manage and monitor security with a single application.
Building on Gallagher’s recent HBUS RS485 communications protocol for downstream devices, which focuses on the improved functionality, speed and resilience of field security hardware, the company has also introduced new HBUS Modules and the new F22 Fence Controller.
Supported by the user’s IT network, the Command Centre integrates electronic access control, intruder alarms management, perimeter security and compliance management on a single scalable platform and stores information about cardholders, the site and system activity. Delivering security from the perimeter to the operational hub, Gallagher’s upgraded solution is securely managed by authorised personnel and automatically enforces compliance to internal and external regulations.
Enhancements to the Command Centre 7.05 software provides the option to activate ‘Relay Attack Protection’ on Mifare Plus cards and allows for improved system training and operation, enabling users to manage and monitor security with a single application.
Designed for ease of configuration, installation and maintenance and offering unparalleled field data security in the physical security system, Gallagher’s 4H and 8H Modules and T Series Readers can be customised, with plug-and-play functionality for easy installation. The equipment reports all interruptions to communication, while the HBUS protocol works over a wide range of wire types and configurations.
Retrofitting previous modules that are attached to the Controller 6000 is easy, and star-wiring via the new HBUS consolidation board simplifies the identification and diagnosis of issues.
The upgraded Gallagher T Series Readers are also equipped with the new high speed HBUS protocol and are environmentally friendly and durable, while maintaining unparalleled security. The T Series Reader range supports the latest version of the Mifare DESFire EV1 and Mifare Plus smart card formats, which offers flexible control of card data and high card security. Following the introduction of the HBUS protocol, the T Series Readers are capable of downloading new software and additional features at the door, extending the useful life of HBUS security hardware.
New features to the F22 Fence Controller, which is fully compliant to the latest standards, include superior product performance and lower installation cost to that of its predecessor, the Trophy FT Controller. Proactive maintenance prior to a fence zone failure, improved safety and cost efficiency are also beneficial.
Combining the company’s extensive knowledge of the security market, its expertise in secure data management and systems integration, and the support of its certified channel partners, Gallagher offers a complete a complete suite of innovative security solutions that can be fully integrated and securely managed.
