American Science and Engineering, Inc. ("AS&E"), a leading worldwide supplier of innovative X-ray detection solutions, announces that an international government agency has selected AS&E as the security systems integrator to secure a major international port. Under the terms of the $24.6 million prime contract, AS&E will team with key subcontractors to deliver an integrated and comprehensive detection solution to scan cargo and vehicles entering the port.
