Next Level Security Systems, a provider of a new breed of unified, networked security solutions, recently announced the release of the NLSS Gateway 4000, the latest addition to the Gateway product suite, a line of unified security appliances that integrate security management functionalities into one system. The NLSS Gateway 4000 delivers an optimal security solution for environments of up to 64 HD cameras and thousands of doors in a compact, space-saving appliance.

The NLSS Gateway 4000 is a security management platform that combines video management, access control, video analytics and intrusion into a single, easy-to-use networked platform. The Gateway 4000 features 10 built-in video analytics, including forensic analytics, facial recognition and audio analytics. The intuitive and Web-based user interface allows users to centrally manage and control all system features anytime from anywhere in the world. To minimise complex installations, the NLSS Gateway 4000 includes advanced deployment tools, such as auto-discovery and provisioning, and is based on industry standards. The sophisticated event management system that is built in to the Gateway allows for streamlined reporting. Multiple Gateways can be combined for distributive processing and a truly scalable solution.

“The NLSS Gateway 4000 brings the immense advantages of unified security management systems to a larger pool of end users across the globe,” said Peter Jankowski, CEO and Chairman, Next Level Security Systems. “The NLSS Gateway product suite now features the perfect amount of processing power to meet any size deployment and budget.”

The NLSS Gateway 4000 delivers a consolidated user interface, unique video search tools and simplified export of video evidence to allow users to make more informed decisions while maximising their technology investments. NLSS Cloud Services, a hosted service that enables the management of multiple NLSS Gateways across sites, can be added to the base package for enhanced mobility. NLSS Cloud Services draws on improvements in cloud-computing technology to offer more than other hosted service models currently on the security market. By leveraging NextConnect — a patent-pending, peer-to-peer technology that efficiently streams live video to an unlimited number of users from a single site — Next Level improves upon traditional models of hosted video and access control by eliminating the need to route video and other data through a host computer for each update.

The NLSS Gateway 4000 is available for one inclusive price with no licensing fees. Contact sales@nlss.com for further information.
