The third edition of INDESEC Expo establishes itself as the platform for global home security solution providers to gather and address solutions for the Indian government. INDESEC took place from 6-8 September, 2010 in New Delhi.

The event was well attended by all sectors of the homeland security industry and early reports show an extremely high level of satisfaction from all participants. The high volume of commercial negotiations taking place at INDESEC means that the event has once again proved itself to be the home of business and networking in the homeland security industry.

With exhibitors from 11 countries, INDESEC showcased latest technologies for homeland & border security, network centric operations and maritime security. Over 93% of all exhibitors stated that they wished to exhibit at INDESEC 2011 with both Indian and international exhibitors reporting a great deal of business activity at the hugely successful event.

"The attendees at INDESEC India 2010 are a quality crowd and are interested in the products which we are displaying. Our expected leads will increase this time. The enquiries made at the event so far are good. Overall it has been a good experience and we expect to generate more leads in the coming time," remarks an exhibitor at INDESEC.

In 2010, INDESEC has further cemented its position as the market leading event for the homeland security industry

Officially supported by the Ministry of Home Affairs and ASSOCHAM and with over 2,000 attendees over 3 days, INDESEC has further cemented its position as the market leading event for the homeland security industry. Visitors from across India attended and a significant proportion of the attendance came from Armed Forces, Navy and Border Security Forces with representatives from State Police Forces.

The INDESEC Conference completely unique to INDESEC attracted over 500 VIPs, business leaders and captains of industry. Senior level professional attendees debated and made strategies to define the future of the homeland security. The conference was organised in association with ASSOCHAM and speakers included Mr. Ajay Maken, Minister of State for Home Affairs.

"The conference was an ideal platform where important personalities in the Government were able to update the audience on the state of the homeland security industry; the lacunas in the system and the measures that could be taken to Transform India," remarked a delegate attending the conference.

Nicky Mason, Managing Director at the organisers Informa Exhibitions India commented: "We are exceptionally pleased with the results of INDESEC 2010; our efforts to ensure quality visitors over quantity made the show an excellent investment for our exhibitors. We anticipate an even bigger growth for the next edition."

INDESEC returns in 2011. INDESEC 2011 will be held from 5-7 September at NSIC Exhibition Complex, New Delhi.
