As per May 29th 2006, EverFocus Electronics AG announced the restructuring of the Management Board as follows: 

 Mr. James Weng - Chairman of the Management Board

 Mr. Dirk Reinders - President

James Weng has been working for EverFocus Electronics Corp. for five years.  So far, he has run the US branch office and has taken over the position as Chief Operations Officer in our EverFocus head office in Taipei, Taiwan.  In order to globalize the EverFocus efforts and to centralize the global customer services, Mr. Weng now has been appointed Chairman of the Management Board for EverFocus Electronics AG.

Dirk Reinders has been working as Sales Director for EverFocus Electronics AG for seven years.  In this function, he managed to tremendously increase the sales activities throughout whole Europe.  Due to his continuous success and his overall acceptance within the industry, the EverFocus Electronics Corp.  Supervisory Board decided to appoint Mr. Reinders President of EverFocus Electronics AG, where he will be in charge of all business operations.
