Onwatch has selected the ESI Open Protocol Central Station Management solution for its operations

Sean Murphy said that ESI were able to provide proven systems in both video and alarm monitoring

Onwatch, a leading provider of remote monitoring services has chosen the ESI Open Protocol Central Station Management solution for implementation within both their Crowborough and St Lucia operations.

ESI is a global provider of open protocol video and intruder monitoring solutions to major commercial central monitoring stations as well as to governmental and corporate clients.

Peter Gould, Managing Director, Onwatch Plc says: "Having spent more than one year evaluating solutions from key providers, it was clear that ESI could provide a significant feature set beyond that of just monitoring. This allows us to offer value added services to our customers, creating a major differential for Onwatch in the market place."

Sean Murphy, Operations Manager, Onwatch adds: "Critically ESI were able to provide proven systems in both video and alarm monitoring and enable installation and commissioning within weeks of selection. Their ability to develop specific functionality beyond the off-the-shelf approach will be key to the support of Onwatch market growth and services expansion in the coming year".

Paul Dodds, Managing Director ESI (UK) concludes: "We are pleased to be working closely with Onwatch Plc to provide the specific solution that they need to deliver market leading service and differentiation. Onwatch's decision to choose ESI is further endorsement of our product depth and reliability as well as our forward thinking approach to the remote monitoring industry".
