ISONAS Pure IP access control is now the next opportunity with completely panel-less systems and edge based decision making
At the booth, attendees can learn how Pure IP technology expands access control to non-traditional applications

ISONAS Inc., a leading pure IP access control system manufacturer, recently announced that the company will be exhibiting at the ISC West trade show, the largest security event in the world. The ISC West show will be take place on April 15- 17 2015 at the Sands Expo in Las Vegas, NV. At the show, ISONAS will be showcasing network-based “Pure IP” panel-less access control technology that allows users to take advantage of their existing network infrastructure and do more with less. Attendees can see first-hand ISONAS’s innovative access control solutions at booth #4123 and learn how its “Pure IP” technology expands access control to non-traditional applications such as ambulances, medical cabinets and anywhere a CAT5 can be installed.

“Pure IP” - Panel-less access control technology

Traditional panel-based access control systems require expensive, high-maintenance control panels to convey information and often use hardware that does not integrate with other systems. The innovative ISONAS system uses the existing ethernet network to bring intelligent decision-making to the edge. The only equipment needed at each access point is a network connection and the PowerNet™ Reader-Controller; making it the only choice for businesses that want a proven IP solution at their door.

ISONAS is changing the game in access control by unlocking the power of one simple solution that has set the new industry standard. “We are very excited to be exhibiting at the ISC West show this year and showcase our innovative access control solutions and the various applications at our booth.” states Rob Mossman, CEO of ISONAS. “In addition, we will be launching an updated user interface for our browser based software, EasyWeb that gives authorised personnel the freedom to utilise the access control application from anywhere, at any time. The Future is Now and ISONAS looks forward to opening the show door to the power of “Pure IP” access control technology.”

Our world is becoming an interconnected web of IP addresses. The "Internet of Things" is driving dramatic change and opportunity. Video surveillance has already moved from analogue to IP with better cameras and feature rich software management tools. Pure IP access control is now the next opportunity with completely panel-less systems and edge based decision making. IP systems are easier to deploy, more flexible, and significantly less expensive.

The same way the encoder helped analogue video cameras move to IP, ISONAS’s IP-Bridge allows for a seamless transition from the Wiegand panel system to a Pure IP-based solution. Thus, providing a cost effective solution without having to rip and replace existing infrastructure.
