Airbus Defence and Space will present its TANAN300 a versatile VTOL for surveillance missions at the event

Airbus Defence and Space, Europe’s number one defence and space company will be present at this year's Singapore Airshow from 11th-16th February at the Changi Exhibition Centre, Singapore.

This marks the first airshow where the newly formed airbus division, comprising all business activities from the former Airbus Military, Astrium and Cassidian units, will present its portfolio under one roof.

Asia being one of the largest growth markets for Airbus Defence and Space, the company offers a wide range of defence, security and space products and solutions for current and future challenges. Airbus Defence and Space has a leading position in the fields of military aircraft, earth observation and telecommunication satellites and services, as well as a provider of public safety and coastal and maritime security solutions, presenting a range of its products and services at the show.

As a key player in developing unmanned aerial systems (UAS) Airbus Defence and Space will also present several systems out of its large UAS portfolio, namely TANAN300 a versatile VTOL for surveillance missions and the TR-50 Scout a light tactical UAS for cost-efficient and long endurance ISR missions.

With the support of the Portuguese Air Force, Airbus Defence and Space will also be able to showcase the capabilities of the C295 MPA maritime patrol aircraft and its ISR solutions, having the aircraft on static display.

Media representatives are invited to the official Airbus Defence and Space press briefing on February 12th at 2.45pm in the exhibition hall (Room 3).

The Airbus Defence and Space media team will be available for media requests at the Airbus Group Stand (J23) and at the Airbus Group Chalet (CD19-CD29).
