Nottinghamshire Police, Wilson James, Morgans Hotel Group and CornerStone will join the line up at IFSEC
IFSEC acts as a hub for the international security markets worldwide
UBM Live, organisers of the globally respected IFSEC security and fire events, will for the first time extend its reach to Eastern Europe, helping to internationalise BEZPEKA, the leading security event in Ukraine this October (23 – 26 October 2012, Kyiv, Ukraine).

The partnership will see significant investment injected into the sales and marketing function to help broaden the event’s horizon and further position it as the strategic bridge between the EU and Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) security industries. With visa free access from both the EU and CIS, BEZPEKA also opens a gateway for suppliers to access the lucrative Eastern European market.

IFSEC will build upon its established relationships to draw many of the world’s most highly regarded solutions providers to the event, as well as expand and grow the visitor demographic.

IFSEC currently acts as a hub for the international security markets round the world including dedicated events across India, Saudi Arabia, South and West Africa, the UK and Europe through our flagship show IFSEC International and most recently, Malaysia.

Charlie Cracknell, event director for IFSEC, said: “We are thrilled to be working with Euroindex to power BEZPEKA which marks a significant step in IFSEC’s strategy to globalise the security industry. UBM will help shape this event to represent the complete market chain both through the exhibition and an accompanying international congress for the security market, providing premium knowledge exchange and education opportunities."

Supported by branch Ministries and State agencies, as well as all industry associations, Bezpeka currently draws over 8,000 security professionals and 160 exhibitors from across eight countries, representing the full spectrum of technologies, equipment and security services for companies, offices, residences and people.

Euroindex’ President Valerii Pekar underlined the importance of the joint venture: “It will create a great momentum for BEZPEKA Security to join the IFSEC family. We will contribute with our local market knowledge and relationships to enhance the brand reach of the show and make ‘BEZPEKA powered by IFSEC’ a truly international event for Eastern Europe and the CIS countries.”

Cracknell concludes: “We are excited about the future collaboration opportunities BEZPEKA is set to provide between international security solution providers and buyers from across these highly lucrative markets.”
