Identiv, Inc., a global security technology company that provides trusted identity solutions for premises, information, and everyday items, recently announced it will report financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2015 on Wednesday, May 13, 2015 after close of market. Identiv will host a conference call and audio webcast to discuss the results at 2:00 PM PT (5:00 PM ET).

The webcast and conference call will be open to all interested investors. Should time allow, management will also answer questions sent to identiv-IR@sardverb.com in advance of the call.
