Senstar Inc., a world leader and the trusted choice for perimeter intrusion detection technology and products announced its acceptance as the newest member of the Society of Chemical Manufacturers and Affiliates, the leading international trade association representing the batch, custom and specialty chemical industry.

Paul Trouten, Acting President, Senstar Inc. said: "With the enactment of CFATS regulations (Chemical Facilities Anti-Terrorism Standards), and legislation pending in the House of Representatives and Senate to extend the current standards, the chemical industry faces a wide range of demands and challenges, especially with regard to the security of their sites.
