Secutech 2015 - the 18th International Exhibition and Conference for Electronic Security, Info Security, Fire, and Safety, is to be held in the Taipei World Trade Center Nangang Exhibition Hall from the 28th to the 30th of April, 2015. In harmony with VIVOTEK’s continuous commitment to making people’s living safer and smarter, VIVOTEK will construct a grand pavilion which will vividly demonstrate its total solutions for various vertical applications, giving visitors the experience of living in a smart city.
At VIVOTEK’s pavilion, a multi-scenario design will be realised, incorporating city and streetscapes, a retail store, a coffee shop, and a factory, this immersive display will give visitors a more concrete vision of the benefits and the values of VIVOTEK’s surveillance solutions:
Fisheye solutions – simplifying surveillance systems
Comprehensive (Panoramic Solutions): A fisheye camera with a wide-angle view enables surveillance of the entirety of a wide-open space, saving on implementation cost and simplifying the entire surveillance system. A longstanding leading provider of fisheye solutions, VIVOTEK has developed a comprehensive range of fisheye cameras, ranging from the Ultra-Megapixel fisheye FE8191 and FE8391-V equipped with 12MP CMOS sensor, and the IR fisheye FE8181V to the world’s smallest fisheye, the FE8180. Working together, this range will meet a wide variety of end-users’ needs.
PoE solution - features unique graphic management

Compact Split-type camera solution – convenient for retail application
Convenient (Retail Solutions): For retail customers, the ideal surveillance solution has to feature compact, design, powerful functions, and be easy to install in order to improve the efficiency, operational flow and productivity of retail staff while ensuring a safer and more comfortable shopping environment. VIVOTEK’s wide range of cameras focused on the retail sector includes the compact Split-type Camera System VC8201, the world’s smallest 5MP fisheye network camera FE8180, an eye-level strip camera CC8130 (HS), and an affordable outdoor IR bullet IP camera IB8369. H.265 compression technology - less bandwidth and storage consumption
Innovative (H.265 Solution): VIVOTEK has ingeniously equipped its network cameras and network video recorders with H.265, the high-efficiency video codec technology. By adopting H.265 compression technology, the front-end network cameras and the back-end network video recorder will compress the video at low bit rate. Amazingly, while the image quality is high, because of the better ratio of compression rate, less bandwidth and storage consumption are required.
