China Security & Surveillance Technology, Inc., a leading integrated provider of digital surveillance technology in the P.R.C., announced the Company has recently been awarded a patent ZL 2008 1 0066660.4 for Intelligent Video Surveillance (IVS) in China. The patent reinforces CSST's commitment to driving innovation in surveillance and safety products and solutions in China.

The IVS patent covers proprietary technology and system which deliver retrieval capabilities for video surveillance. It enables more effective retrieval, transmission and storage of data. The patent announcement follows a series of innovation awards and patents for CSST's technology in China. It is another indicator of the Company's leadership stance on surveillance and safety solutions.
