Brickcom supplied an enterprise with a wireless IP surveillane solution over WiMAX
The Brickcom cameras provided adopt the H.264 codec which provides superior video quality
In August 2009, Brickcom Corp. supplied a certain enterprise with a wireless IP surveillance solution over WiMAX in southern Taiwan. This company needed to build a network system to monitor the stockroom and the factory from the main office building. Due to the distance limitations and the prohibition of road excavation, the transmission had to go wirelessly. The Brickcom cameras adopt the H.264 codec which compresses the image and provides a superior video quality even under environments of limited-bandwidth. "The video quality is really impressive! We are satisfied with the clear image," said the client.

The user can view the video and manage the surveillance system through portable devices remotely. "Brickcom has offered us a reliable IP surveillance solution and solved the difficulty in overseeing the buildings at the same time," expressed the client with content.

"IP network surveillance is a booming technology that allows users to monitor their home and/or business from anywhere in the world. Brickcom makes huge efforts to reach the design goal with some innovative features such as people counting, object tracking etc. by the cameras," said Sales VP Mark Hsia. "With exceptional HD image capability and add-on intelligent features, we believe that the new Brickcom's IP camera series can bring customers more vivid and sharper images than any other camera currently in the market."
