Defence Solutions:

RF Safe-Stop generates a non-lethal pulsed beam to temporarily deactivate a vehicle’s engine. This beam couples into the vehicle’s electronic systems to confuse the engine management system, temporarily deactivating the engine. The RF Safe-Stop is designed to be a part of a defensive capability in security situations, providing a non-lethal assistance to the process of bringing vehicles that are determined to pose a threat to a halt, without the requirement for lethal force.

Defence Imaging:

The Prox-Onyx HD from e2v is a new customisable board camera system for the most demanding low light and climatic applications. The Prox-Onyx platform features e2v’s ground-breaking low light CMOS image sensor technology and has been designed specifically to achieve premium performance. The Prox-Onyx has exclusive wide dynamic range features and accumulation exposure modes for active imaging in adverse climatic conditions. The Prox-Onyx can be provided with the required feature set, form-factor and interface required for original equipment manufacturer (OEM) applications. Typical applications include military night vision and security, broadcast and traffic camera systems.

Thermal Imaging:

The Argus P Type monocular thermal camera has been specifically designed to help police, security and law enforcement officers detect the heat signatures of people and objects. The P Type allows you to identify, observe and monitor suspects in zero visibility conditions, clearly identifying targets over one mile away in total darkness. The P Type has been designed to offer maximum versatility in any covert surveillance situation. It helps to protect officers, catch criminals and prevent crime.

The Argus TT Type thermal camera has been specifically designed to help police, security and law enforcement officers detect the heat signatures of people and objects whilst on routine patrols and search and rescue missions. The TT Type allows you to identify, observe and search for suspects and missing persons in zero visibility conditions and the light of day to protect officers, catch criminals, prevent crime and cut search times. The TT Type combines the classic torchlight with the latest infrared technology to be the ultimate portable thermal imaging camera for officers and security personnel.
