Axxon, IP video surveillance software provider, had an eventful day at IFSEC 2010
At IFSEC 2010, Axxon demonstrated its SmartPro touch screen-enabled solution
Axxon reported a highly successful IFSEC 2010, as the open IP video management software (VMS) EMEA market leader continues to increase its presence in the region. Axxon provided non-stop demonstrations of its professional level VMS offering SmartPro.

SmartPro is a touch screen-enabled solution which is built for ease-of-use and integration with a wide range of hardware devices and safety and security applications. Its established enterprise offering intellect and its mature safety and security applications for retail POS, ATM, train, oil & gas platforms, as well as traffic monitoring and management, also turned heads on the stand. Axxon's focus on deeply embedding functionality like video analytics into its software, combined with tight integration with more edge devices than the competition also impressed many.

In only its second year at IFSEC, Axxon doubled the size of its stand, introducing a fresh design and a motor racing theme to reflect the high performance and technical excellence of its products. On-stand visitors were able to enter a prize to win a total of four VIP packages to visit this year's Formula One Grand Prix of Europe in Valencia. All four winners will receive a pair of VIP race passes, flights and luxury accommodation at a nearby spa resort, to make this a truly fantastic experience.

Axxon's focus on deeply embedding functionality like video analytics into its software impressed visitors at IFSEC 2010

Axxon saw great interest in its software from senior management within systems integrators, distributors and professional security hardware vendors. Visitors signed up for Axxon training courses, requested demonstration and evaluation kits and explored integration options with a large team of Axxon employees including Axxon's Founder and President Murat Altuev. Axxon found that all key camera vendors were referring customers to its stand to have a look at its VMS solutions as the word spread.

Luis Coello, EMEA business development director at Axxon, commented: "IFSEC 2010 has been a massive success for Axxon. The amount of demonstrations, on-stand visitor numbers, orders and requests for information and training has exceeded our expectations. This year has been momentous for us as we continue to build on our global partner-base and increase distribution of Axxon products. We look forward to converting all this interest and helping more systems integrators to create the best possible safety and security systems for their customers all over Europe."
