IndigoVision’s surveillance market broadens with opening of new North American headquarters
The new facility contains a fully equipped IP video demo room
IndigoVision, the leading provider of IP video security solutions, celebrated the official opening of its new North American headquarters in the Raritan Centre area of Edison, NJ. At a reception held on April 15th, Edison Mayor, Antonia Ricigliano, officiated over a ribbon cutting ceremony with IndigoVision SVP of North America, Bill McQuade. The ceremony was followed by tours for guests and a hosted cocktail reception. Attendees consisted of IndigoVision customers and partners, including representatives from The Federal Reserve Bank of New York, Hudson County Prosecutor's Office, New York Transit Authority as well as Diebold and ADT Advanced Integration. The new Edison location boasts an expanded warehouse, state-of-the-art demo room as well as a dedicated training facility.

The decision to move to a larger facility follows on the heels of last year's North American expansion project and the development of a dedicated North American operations team. This included the appointment of a North American Marketing Manager last fall, as well as additions to the regional sales and support teams in the US and Canada. This growth has since continued with the recent addition of expanded technical support in Toronto as well as additional sales for the North East and West Coast regions.

IndigoVision Certified Partner, Bill Miller of Reliable Security, Sound and Data commented: "It is evident with the opening of this facility that IndigoVision is taking its dedication to North America seriously. I look forward to bringing my customers and prospects here."

The new facility contains a fully equipped IP video demo room, which is designed to mimic a surveillance command centre. Classes in the new training centre will be commencing in May.

"We are extremely excited to reach this important milestone in our North American expansion," said Oliver Vellacott, CEO of IndigoVision. "As a global organisation, we recognise the important market share that North America holds for us, especially in the Mid-Atlantic and North Eastern regions."
