Mayflex’s broadens range of IP security products

Mayflex, the cabling infrastructure, networking and physical security solutions distributor, is pleased to announce the significant expansion of its already diverse range of IP physical security products as it signs new partnership agreements with Grandstream Networks and Netgenium Systems.

Grandstream Networks is an award winning USA based manufacturer of IP voice/video telephony and video surveillance solutions. This innovative company is recognised for their leadership in converging IP voice and video technologies at an unrivalled price-performance benchmark. Grandstream empowers the small to medium business and consumer markets with innovative products that lower communication costs, increase security protection and enhance productivity. Mayflex will be carrying the company's range of competitively priced video encoders, box and dome cameras in stock from May 2010.

UK based Netgenium Systems is a manufacturer of Power over Ethernet (PoE) products and solutions. Recognised as inventors of the award winning pure IP PoE Lock Controller, the company also offers a range of IP enabling products which use the IP protocol and LAN to control many elements of the modern intelligent building, including security, telephony, access and lighting.

These new product introductions are being made to coincide with Mayflex's participation at IFSEC 2010 and the restructure of its sales force to increase its focus on the growing IP based physical security market. To support customers moving into the IP security market, Mayflex offers a number of free and chargeable training courses, from introductions through to qualification based design and installation programmes.

In addition to a growing physical security product offering, Mayflex also provides customers building IP based systems with a full range of infrastructure and networking solutions, such as copper and fibre cabling, 19" cabinets, Ethernet switches and PoE products. This entire product range will be on display at IFSEC.
