Commend UK exhibits a range of Intercom security products

Commend UK's  range of Intercom products include the new ‘Series WS', GE300 Server and Intercom Client

At this year's Parkex and Traffex combined exhibitions, Integrated Intercom Solutions provider Commend UK will be showcasing its range of Intercom products including the new ‘Series WS', GE300 Server and Intercom Client.

Series WS includes a family of innovative vandal resistant Intercom units that bring together the latest in sound, vision, control and design technology. The units are designed to enhance safety and security in public places such as lifts, car parks, airports and transport stations.

Working alongside the WS Intercom stations is the GE300 IP-Intercom Server which has integrated functions for door and gate control, alarm, and video integration.

Also on Commend's stand will be Intercom stations used in a Disabled Refuge area (designated for the safe refuge and evacuation of the disabled in the event of a fire), to ensure reliable communication with the fire service in an emergency.

Another feature will be the company's Intercom Client, which converts Windows based PC's into the familiar Commend desktop station, without the need for additional hardware. A PC monitor is used to display a virtual keypad with a full range of function keys, and is compatible with mouse, keyboard or touch-screen control.

Completing the exhibits is ComWIN - a new generation of visualisation software for control desks in a client-server structure. All control desk functions of the Intercom Systems are displayed on one or multiple monitors.

Commend's Car Park Intercom specialists Alasdair Gardner and Gemma Davey will be on hand at the show to answer any questions and there will be a remote Intercom Help Point on "The Boulevard" within the Street Design part of the exhibition.
