Complus Teltronic, innovators in Intercom Technology, bring Interactive Help Points, designed specifically for the Mass Transit Market, to Railtex 2007.  Visitors to the stand (W70) will be able to operate the Help Points via a built in touch screen and see how the application would work in a station or platform environment.

The Help Points achieve crystal clear hands free speech using Full Open Duplex® technology (talk and listen at the same time), even with high ambient background noise (93dB), e.g. when a train is pulling into a station.  Complus Teltronic will also be exhibiting other Help Point solutions based on Intercom over IP (IoIP®) - the latest development in VoIP for industrial applications.

Integrated intercom systems supplied by Complus Teltronic have been installed throughout most industrial market sectors including: Mass Transit (e.g. London Underground, Leeds Metro, M6 Toll), Car Parks, Lifts, Town Centres, Airports, Prisons, Heavy Industry and Hospitals.  They provide the means for cost effective communication systems, including: access control, public address, disabled toilet intercom and EVC (Emergency Voice Communication). Integration to third party systems such as BMS (Building Management Systems), CCTV, Fire & Intruder Alarms etc. is readily available.
