| Nurizon Corporation signs exclusive representation and distribution agreements with Digital Ally Inc |

Nurizon Corporation was until earlier this year the exclusive partner for struggling ICOP Digital Inc, another in-vehicle video recording manufacturer. This relationship was discontinued earlier in January following ICOP's continued breach of contracts and confidentiality with local organisations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Digital Ally's leading in-vehicle video recording solutions provide an integrated rear view mirror and LCD (Liquid Crystal Display), ensuring that there are no moving parts and existing radios mounted in the dashboard of the vehicle no longer need to be interfered with.
