Richard Jemson will look into all the operational aspects across Axis Security's regional contracts
Axis Security, one of the UK's fastest growing providers of integrated security solutions, has appointed Richard Jemson as National Operations Director, with overall responsibility for all operational aspects across Axis Security's regional contracts.

Richard brings with him over 20 years' experience in the security industry, having spent 17 years with Reliance Security in various managerial roles, including Northern Operations Director, and Regional Managing Director of Monteray Central, part of Reliance Integrated Services. After leaving the company in 2006, he spent two-and-a-half years as Maintenance Director for Tesco, and most recently led a project for MITIE Security.

Richard will be working closely with Axis Security's Commercial and Regional Managers to help drive growth across the regions. "It is very exciting to be working for one of the UK's fastest growing security providers," says Richard. "The role includes delivering the successful approach implemented in London to the teams nationwide, to ensure consistency of operations and service throughout the branches. I'll be working closely with the Commercial and Regional Managers to help consolidate the existing customer base and secure new business wins across the country.

"In little under three years, Axis Security has grown from being a London-based manned guarding business, to a nationwide provider of integrated security solutions," says Group Managing Director, Jonathan Levine. "The National Operations Director role is key in providing the regional teams with the tools they need to succeed, and we are delighted to welcome Richard to the team."

Axis Security has regional branches in Belfast, Birmingham, Bristol, Hounslow, Livingstone, Manchester, Newcastle and Rotherham.
