Effective immediately, all of the ICOP Digital products will no longer be supported by Nurizon Corporation |
Nurizon Corporation citing irreconcilable differences with the NASDAQ listed company announced the cessation of agreements early on Wednesday morning from its offices in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Christopher Riddell, Chief Executive Officer for Nurizon Corporation commented that, "Recent weeks have demonstrated that ICOP Digital are no longer a company which Nurizon Corporation is able to continue to operate with or represent for a variety of reasons all of which will be announced to the public in due course". Christopher also went on to add that, "Nurizon Corporation has endeavoured to resolve matters as much as possible without success, and therefore we will no longer be endorsing the ICOP Digital product range".
ICOP Digital's 20/20W product has until recently been promoted across the Police and Emergency Sectors in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and installed in the market leading Police Demonstrator vehicles which were launched in the Riyadh Diplomatic Quarter in the summer of 2008.
Effective immediately, all of the ICOP Digital products, including hardware and software systems will no longer be supported in the Saudi Arabian police demonstrator vehicles, and outstanding demonstrator units across the rest of the middle east will be immediately removed from active service, with police authorities and partners notified of recent events.
Nurizon Corporation is currently negotiating with other in vehicle mobile video and audio surveillance providers, and will be announcing the partner to be replacing ICOP Digital Inc in the coming days.
