C-true Ltd is proud to announce the release of C-Entry model DH-2, an advanced generation product line for access control based on facial recognition technology at IFSEC 2010, Birmingham UK, the world's leading global annual security event.

C-Entry DH-2 capitalises on an installed base of C-Entry DH-1, its former version already installed in 23 countries. C-Entry DH-2 enjoys a wealth of new functionalities and features, aiming for ultimate security and multi-language global presence.

C-Entry DH-2 packs a very powerful programmable platform for facial recognition based access control. The platform provides strong computing abilities, multi-protocol communications, wireless support, PLC functionality, I/O capabilities, a wide range of input devices support, multi-mode RF-ID service, multi-factor authentication integration support, adaptive embedded illumination, a wide range of enhanced specifications, single camera support for various heights, voice response, multimedia functionalities and a very friendly GUI via its touch screen.

C-Entry DH-2 specifically excels in performing outstandingly in facial recognition over a very large dynamic range of environmental conditions and user characteristics, a virtue which places C-Entry DH-2 in a category of its own.

C-Entry DH-2 platform supports modular applications such as Access Control, Time & Attendance, 2way video communication, self service applications and more. The new system is fully compatible with C-True's BioGate management server capable to handle a networked based system with a heterogenic array of biometric devices.

C-Entry DH-2 is packed in an attractive, slim and lightweight profile with custom panels and colours easily adaptable to private environments. It is unique in its landscape, thus it provides all in one environment aiming for the 21st century security challenges.

C-Entry DH-2 joins the C-True's family of facial recognition based product line of C-Pass (e-ID document authentication), C-Access (OEM kit for self service systems), C-Gates (travellers boarding pass authentication system) and C-WEB (Web based authentication platform).

The system was displayed at IFSEC 2010, the annual global security industry event, stand G45.
