 Rick Acle, ComNet's newly appointed Western Regional Sales Manager
Communication Networks of Danbury, Connecticut, doing business as ComNet™, a leading manufacturer of fiber optic transmission and networking equipment, has hired Rick Acle to fill a role in managing the company's Western United States and Canadian customers. Rick will be responsible for establishing and managing the company's relationships with its manufacturer's representatives and customers. Introducing ComNet's extensive product line to customers who need fiber optic and Ethernet products is an important responsibility. Rick will report directly to Steven Carrozzo, the ComNet Vice President of Sales. Rick most recently held position of Western Regional Manager for International Fiber Systems before that product line was integrated into GE Security. Rick Acle has over 27 years of experience in the security market and his knowledge of the fiber optic and network communication fields is greatly respected.


In addition to recruiting new customers, Acle will be responsible for encouraging the recommendation of ComNet products at the local dealer and regional integrator level throughout that region. Rick also has a great understanding of fiber optic technology and is a great instructor. He will be tasked with educating potential and existing users about the use of optical fiber and Ethernet transmission applications.

ComNet has recently announced an extensive line of fiber optic video and data transmission equipment as well as a line of Ethernet Network equipment that is uniquely toughened to meet the needs of the Security and Intelligent Transportation System market. 

Rick has many years of experience in providing optical fiber communication solutions and is well known among major users throughout the Western United States. Rick attended Miami University and Irvine Valley College and he has many years of experience with companies serving the security industry.
