ComNet’S additional space will be used for warehousing products, tech support and administration
ComNet Europe has added new warehouse and administration employees to support its additional product volume

ComNet Europe Ltd of Leeds in the United Kingdom, a division of ComNet Communication Networks, a USA-based manufacturer of fibre optic, wireless and copper transmission and networking equipment, has expanded operations in the UK, doubling office and warehouse space in order to meet product demand.

Due to the surge in demand for ComNet fibre optic, copper and wireless transmission products throughout EMEA, Asia-Pacific and South America, Leeds UK based ComNet Europe has expanded by taking on an additional 3050 square feet to support its efforts. The additional space will be used for warehousing products, tech support and administration. ComNet recently added new warehouse and administration employees to support the additional product volume the company expects to move through the facility.

“When we started ComNet in 2009, we were aggressive in planning our facility needs. We thought the office and warehouse space we secured would last us for a long time,” stated Steve Clarke, ComNet Europe Managing Director. “The demand for ComNet transmission products led us to a very high level of growth and the facility became too small, quickly. As a result, when the additional 3050 square feet became available, we eagerly took it. The additional space will be used to warehouse more product to speed up delivery times,” Clarke added.

“Our goal has always been to be a one-stop resource for all our customers, offering transmission solutions over copper, optical fibre and wireless,” said Yunus Mamoniat EMEA/Asia Internal Sales & Marketing Manager. “Part of being that type of resource is having the product our customers need when they need it. Adding this space has a huge impact in speeding delivery,” Mamoniat continued.
