ACT Ltd. nominates security industry veteran, Ian Burrell, as Sales Executive for Northern UK

Access Control Technology (ACT) Ltd. is delighted to announce the appointment of Ian Burrell to the position of Sales Executive for the Northern United Kingdom Region. Ian's appointment further strengthens the UK sales team and he will work with Richard Huison, Southern England Senior Account Manager, and Paul Taylor, UK Sales Manager.

Ian has over 15 years experience of working within the security industry with companies such as Norbain and Videoswitch. His wealth of experience encompasses sales, business development and training and he has worked with distributors, installers and end users. In ACT, Ian will be responsible for developing and managing ACT's existing business relationships as well as building new ones.

The ACT brand has continued to strengthen in the UK market and is increasingly becoming the access control product of choice among installers and end users. The products range from simple stand-alone readers to highly flexible solutions designed to meet the most demanding requirements of any size enterprise. The products will integrate with many third-party applications including card readers and databases. An extensive range of access control and audio-video door devices is currently protecting government sites, major educational facilities, pharmaceutical organisations, hospitals, prisons and retail chain stores.
