Temple Security’s systems division provides a range of CCTV, access control and intruder detection solutions
Temple Security major provider of security services to the transportation sector
The systems division of Temple Security has strengthened its credentials as a major provider of security services to the transportation sector by securing Link-up Version 2 (v.2), the latest version of the de facto standard for qualifying suppliers to the rail industry.

The original Link-up accreditation provided a single common registration and audit process for suppliers, shared by the UK rail industry. Link-up Version 2 or "v.2", builds on this scheme, offering more comprehensive and relevant supplier qualification and audit standards, and is designed to lead the rail industry into the future according to Chris Wisely, a Director of Temple Security:

"In achieving Link-up v.2, Temple has proved its capabilities as a rail industry supplier, both during the Link-up questionnaire and the customised Proof audit," Chris explains. "Buyers and clients using Link-up are able to determine precise capabilities of each accredited company, significantly reducing the time and effort traditionally spent in sourcing and tendering new contracts."

Temple Security's systems division provides a range of CCTV, access control and intruder detection solutions across a range of challenging security environments, and has its own NACOSS-standard monitoring capability. Its clients include Network Rail with whom it has worked for several years across the UK.

The company, which is also known for its manned guarding capability, was recently acquired by Axis Security, one of the UK's fastest growing security service providers, in a move to expand Axis' service offering nationwide.
