John Downie, Sales Manager of leading CCTV systems supplier CBC (Europe) Ltd, has strengthened the breadth and depth of the company's customer support in Scotland with the appointment of technical sales executive Steve Cruickshank.

Steve, 48, has more than 20 years' valuable experience in the CCTV sector, including spells with blue-chip system integrators and manufacturers, and joins from Dedicated Micros.  He will be helping installers, specifiers and end users with the full range of Ganz and Computar branded products, including lenses, cameras, domes, DVRs, IR illuminators, IP products and ANPR solutions.

"With the hands-on experience of a former security installer, Steve's aim in this new role is to ensure that CBC's customers in Scotland benefit from improved long-term support, right the way through from the system specification process to the installation stage and then after-sales support and maintenance programmes," Mr Downie comments.
