SightLogix’ outdoor video systems have been known detection accuracy and performance over large perimeters
SightLogix's expanded product line includes all the new thermal SightSensor video analytic cameras

SightLogix, Inc., the leading intelligent camera manufacturer for perimeter security applications, is highlighting their next-generation thermal camera solutions at ISC West. These new solutions are based upon SightLogix proven detection capabilities and superior image quality, now at mainstream pricing that is cost-competitive with traditional approaches to perimeter security.

SightLogix' expanded product line includes the all-new Thermal SightSensor video analytic camera, offering the most accurate outdoor detection capabilities and clearest images at mainstream pricing, and the Clear24 thermal camera, a new benchmark in thermal video image clarity. The open-architecture systems work seamlessly with approximately 30 technology partners, including many video management, access control and physical security information management (PSIM) systems that are also exhibiting at ISC West.

“SightLogix’ outdoor video systems have been known for their field-proven detection accuracy and performance over large perimeters,” said John Romanowich, President and CEO, SightLogix. “Our new mainstream pricing enables a broader range of customers to benefit from superior performance at a much lower cost.”

Image processing is the key to lowering costs. With four times the processing of alternatives, the SightLogix solution covers twice the range and four times the area of market leading approaches, cutting overall project costs by half. System options include:

SightSensor Thermal or Visible Detection Cameras, incorporating an imager, lens optics, electronic stabilisation, video analytics software, camera control and GPS target tracking. On-board digital signal processors (DSP) communicate directly with the image sensor to analyse scene details of each video frame for better accuracy and extended range.

“SightLogix’ outdoor video systems have been known for their field-proven detection accuracy and performance over large perimeters,”

Clear24 outdoor thermal camera uses powerful image processing to provide the most detailed thermal image possible, 24 hours a day, including conditions of rain, snow, fog, wind, or humidity.

SightTracker pan-tilt-zoom controller automatically steers PTZ cameras to zoom and follow detected targets using the GPS-based target information from an associated SightSensor.

SightMonitor target mapping and configuration software overlays camera positions, detected alarms and locations and camera fields-of-view onto a geo-positioned aerial map of the surveillance area to provide users complete situational awareness.

SightLogix system components are enclosed within ruggedised, NEMA 4X housings to withstand extreme weather and climate conditions, providing many years of service.

SightLogix also offers the Video Security Trailer (VST), a self-contained rapidly deployable perimeter security solution for temporary or long-term surveillance applications.
