Hikvision has introduced a series of online distance learning training modules to assist dealers, installers, system integrators get up to speed on the latest technology built into Hikvision video surveillance products.

Three online training modules, which are available free of charge to Hikvision customers, allow participants in their own time to learn how to achieve maximum advantage from the innovative features built into the company’s cameras, DVRs and software.

Established in 2001, Hikvision is one of the world’s fastest growing manufacturers of video surveillance products, having evolved from a small company initially only employing 28 people into a global enterprise that now has more than 8,000 employees, including over 2,800 R&D engineers. The company’s cameras and recording solutions have been deployed in over 100 countries.

“Tavcom was the automatic choice following the decision to work with an independent training company that could offer expert and objective advice,” said Tony Yang, UK General Manager for Hikvision. “We were well aware of Tavcom’s excellent reputation for conducting traditional BTEC certificated classroom training courses, but it was the quality and user-friendliness of Tavcom’s own fully interactive distance learning courses which persuaded us that they could also do a great job helping us build our own dedicated branded online training programme.”

Hikvision customers who wish to register their interest in taking advantage of the training modules can do so by emailing: info@tavcom-hikvision.com.
