As Platinum Partners, LG and Hikvision will benefit from exclusive insight into Mirasys product plans and development and also have the opportunity to share their own roadmaps with Mirasys.
LG and Hikvision will unite as Platinum Partners with Mirasys Technology Partner Programme

Mirasys Ltd, a leading provider of open platform digital CCTV and video surveillance solutions, has announced two new additions to its Technology Partner Programme.

LG and Hikvision will join as ‘Platinum' Partners, benefitting from insight into Mirasys' product roadmap, testing and demonstration licenses and go-to-market resources, including documentation and ready-made Mirasys-led integration capabilities. By committing to close collaboration through the Technology Partner Programme, Mirasys will help its channel partners ensure that end-users are provided with more flexible, scalable and non-proprietary solutions to meet demanding business and surveillance requirements.

Non-proprietary surveillance platforms are increasingly in demand as businesses look for CCTV solutions that will offer longevity while meeting short-term security requirements. Mirasys is committed to providing customers with open platform video monitoring systems, and the Technology Partner Programme is a clear demonstration of the business' intent to continue collaborating with leading camera and analytics providers to offer its customers innovative and market leading end-to-end surveillance infrastructures.

By becoming platinum partners, LG and Hikvision will benefit from exclusive insight into Mirasys product plans and development, and in return will also have the opportunity to share their own roadmaps with Mirasys to ensure that future products are compatible with Mirasys systems when introduced to market. This will allow all parties to meet important integration targets, and deliver their products to market with speed and ease, leading to tangible financial returns, increased market penetration and customer satisfaction.

"LG's IP-based high technology meets Mirasys's open platform based VMS software to provide customers with broad choices in security solutions. Collaborating with Mirasys will enable us to develop products that can be easily integrated, allowing our valuable customers to experience LG security solutions more closely."

Tony Yang, International Marketing Director at Hikvision went on to comment: "IP and megapixel cameras are getting more and more popular in the marketplace, and working with Mirasys through the Technology Partner Programme will allow us to ensure that our latest technologies and product innovations can be delivered to customers through Mirasys, and vice versa, as soon as they are released to market."

"We are delighted that LG and Hikvision have become "Platinum' Partners", stated Jukka Riivari, chief executive officer at Mirasys. "Developing partner relationships is a top priority for Mirasys, and the Technology Partner Programme aligns with a clear strategy of working with leading vendors and distributors globally to drive Mirasys' growth across EMEA, the Middle East, APAC and the US.  By stating a commitment to work together at both the customer level and through product development and marketing, Mirasys and its partners hope to drive technical innovation, nurturing key relationships and enabling new business opportunities for all involved."
