MESSOA announced the release of NCR870S, an outdoor-ready 2MP IR bullet network camera designed for 24/7 video surveillance. An upgrade version of the well-received model NCR870, the NCR870S inherited the superior 1080p image quality and low light sensitivity from its predecessor backed by world-wide successful installations. Based on this proven performance, the new version is further improved in terms of installation flexibility and protection against water and harsh weather, making it an excellent choice for a versatile yet reliable solution.

“At MESSOA we are always looking for ways to make our products better,” said Ervin Wang, Sales Director at MESSOA. “The NCR870S is a great example of how we turn an already good product into an even better one that could benefit our customers more.”

The key enhancement embodies in a 3-axis cable management bracket that provides a robust mounting platform either on the ceiling or up against the wall for the NCR870S. The bracket provides tidy installation and camera angle adjustments on a 3-axis plane. Also serving to conceal the power and video cables, the cable management bracket significantly reinforces the sturdiness of the camera. It offers a well-rounded protection from any water, dust or shock damages. Coupled with the aluminium housing, the camera is fully compliant with IP67 standards, ensuring reliable operation for both indoor and outdoor applications.

An optional integrated heater version, the NCR870SH, is also available for deployment in the most extreme outdoor weather. The built-in heater allows the camera to withstand adverse coldness for as low as -40° C (-40° F), while making sure an optimal operating temperature range can be kept at all times.
