SKIDATA offers its clientele a wide range of solutions and services for controlled access of persons and vehicles

SKIDATA's target markets for controlled access have significantly diversified over the years

SALTO Systems has recently signed a license agreement with SKIDATA AG, for the implementation of their FLEXSPACE RFID technology into SALTO RFID access control products.

The development phase of this agreement is now complete, and SALTO is proud to announce that the implementation has been certified by SKIDATA. FLEXSPACE compatible SALTO products are now available.

Moreover, thanks to SALTO's "future ready" product solution, all XS4 E9000 range products already in the field can easily be updated to SKIDATA FLEXSPACE compatibility.

This means customers such as Hotel operators can benefit from the use of RFID carriers capable of serving as building access cards for electronic locks, cylinders and wall readers, as well as a ski pass, providing an enhanced and convenient experience for their guests.

So, access to the rooms is granted by SALTO and access to the slopes by SKIDATA, but how safely guests ski down the runs is all up to them.

Headquartered in Groedig near Salzburg, Austria, SKIDATA AG is an international enterprise specializing in the development and marketing of guest management systems, access technologies and ticketing solutions.

Founded in 1977 with an idea for a ski pass stamping and registration system, SKIDATA's target markets have significantly diversified over the years, extending today from the tourism and leisure industry to traffic management and exhibitions to cultural and sports events.

SKIDATA offers its clientele a wide range of solutions and services for controlled access of persons and vehicles.
